United States Mineral Surveyor
Mr. Rubino has achieved the elite status (1 of only 59 in the country) of a U.S. Mineral Surveyor. This appointment by the Bureau of Land Management qualifies Mr. Rubino to perform U.S. Patent Surveys on any Public Lands in the entire country as an appointee of the BLM when contracted by claimants desiring to patent their mining claims.
To achieve this appointment, Mr. Rubino has demonstrated his ability in cadastral surveys, precise bearings by celestial observations and knowledge of mineral operations on Public Lands. Highlites of mineral surveying capabilities include:
